Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WSB Network platform ("the Platform"), operated by International Function Group. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

WSB Network is a B2B platform built for businesses involved in the trade, distribution, and service of beverages and related products — including but not limited to importers, exporters, wineries, distilleries, breweries, wholesalers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, cafes, wine shops, and other hospitality or retail businesses operating in related industries.

To register, you must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate, legally registered business entity. The Platform is designed for professional business use and is not intended for individual consumers or personal purchases.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with others. Each team member should have their own account, managed through the invitation system available on Wholesaler and Provider plans.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@ifunction.group.

Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Plans and current prices are listed on the Pricing page. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

HORECA plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Wholesaler and Provider plans are billed yearly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe as one-time charges. There are no automatic recurring charges — each renewal requires a separate payment initiated by you.

Subscriptions do not automatically renew — you will need to renew manually before your subscription expires. We will send you a reminder before expiry.

If your subscription lapses, your account is placed in read-only mode. No data is deleted. You can renew at any time to restore full access.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended B2B trade purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Use the Platform to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform, including product catalog information, pricing, and order records. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate the service.

We do not sell your business data to third parties. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which covers what we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights as a data subject.

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from the Platform. We will notify registered users of material changes that affect how the service works.

Wholesaler and Provider plans include a platform fee on the value of orders processed through the network. The current fee range is 0.2% to 0.1% of the net order value (ex-VAT), subject to the volume tier applicable to your account.

HORECA accounts are not subject to a platform fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, International Function Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform — including loss of business, revenue, or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

Where applicable local laws grant you additional rights or protections that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected by this clause.
